Perimeter was founded in 2013 by Patrick Perreault, who spent years inside global agencies and consultancies before deciding to build something different. From the start, the firm was built around one idea: bring senior people who actually do the work. Over time, Périmètre began working with larger, more complex organizations, ones that were too intricate for small agencies but poorly served by large firms whose scale and cost structures were misaligned with their reality. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Périmètre became a trusted partner in ecommerce adoption, leading large-scale initiatives under highly constrained conditions. In partnership with the American Small Business Development Center Association, the Singapore Business Federation, and the World Trade Centers Association, we supported what became the largest coordinated ecommerce adoption program in North America. Today, we work with over 25 active clients on four continents from our office in Saint-Henri, Montreal.

Our offices are located at the Wireworks, on Dagenais Street in Saint-Henri, Montreal. The building was once home to a factory that produced wire fabrics for paper machines. For decades, Saint-Henri workers manufactured something invisible, highly specialized, and absolutely essential to an entire industry. The factory is gone. The building was converted. There is something honest about this neighbourhood and this building: a history of concrete work, real making, people who did the work rather than talked about it. We try to do the same.
